Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns at this time. However, your satisfaction is always our priority. If your delivery arrives damaged, please email a photo of the product to contact@mykaurcollection.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, cancellations may not always be possible. That said, please contact us immediately at contact@mykaurcollection.com with your order number, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How long will delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days.
